Employees of the city accused of embezzlement
Three city Fond du Lac MIS (Management Information Systems) department employees are accused of misappropriating thousands of dollars, especially electronics, through a fraudulent order and billing fraud, said Fond du Lac County District Attorney Daniel Kaminsky.
At least a former MIS staff may be involved in the fraud, after the dismissal from office Kaminsky.
